What are Daily MAKEMEOVER ME-Lessons and ME- Motivation?

Each day over the 4 week period you will be emailed daily ME-Lessons which are activities for you to do, or thoughts you need to ponder to prepare you for the ultimate MAKEMEOVER.  You are RESPONSIBLE for your life and during the program you will be asked to partake in potent Life Lessons and also Conscious Commandments that will change your life forever and the way you see everything.

Also to inspire you even more, each day you will receive a ME-Motivation text.  These have been designed to motivate, inspire and encourage you on your journey .. expect a few dares as well.

The Crystal Bed has attracted all types of clientele; from spiritualists wanting a deeply soulful experience, to entrepreneurs and executives who desire to learn how to master their mind and ‘switch off’ the craziness of their brains, to everyday people wanting to feel clear, rejuvenated and let go of the heavy energy that surrounds them.

ME offers YOU the opportunity for energetic clearing, clarity and connection (to your true self) while you relax and surrender the stresses of your life on The Crystal Bed.

What are Crisis Calls?

‘CRISIS CALLS’ (10 minutes each) can be used within the coaching month – available 24/7 (within reason).

All you need to do is TEXT ME  with ‘crisis call’ and as soon as I am available I will call you.  Do not worry if this is late night or early morning, if I am up, and if I’m available (that is if I am not with another client), I will call you.  The reason I now offer this to a select few clientele a month is because many people just need to speak with me for ten minutes to either sort out a problem, offer them intuitive advice, help them through a stressful situation or help clear a destructive head space.  And we all have mini-breakdowns, so it’s best to get on top of it straight away and not wait until the next session, which could be days away.
